1. Get off the Turnpike at the Cambridge/Allston exit, and follow the Cambridge signs over the River Street Bridge
2. Take a right onto Memorial Dr, and follow along the Charles River for approximately one-half mile
3. As you come off the Boston University Bridge overpass, you will see Vassar St immediately to your left
4. Turn left onto Vassar St and follow to the first intersection,        which is Massachusetts Ave
5. Take a left onto Massachusetts Ave

8. Turn left at the first traffic light onto Main St; Shire is located at 700 Main St

From Logan Airport:  (note, may vary due to construction)
 1. Follow signs for 93 North to Boston and go through the Sumner Tunnel
2.  Once out of the tunnel, stay in the left lane following signs for          Expressway North (93N)

1. Take the RED LINE to Kendall Square/MIT Station
2. Walk approximately 4 blocks WEST on Main St to 700 Main St.

1. Take Route 2/3 (Memorial Drive) west
2. Bear to the right staying on Route 2/3 as Memorial Drive ends
3. This route becomes the Fresh Pond Parkway
4. Follow the Fresh Pond Parkway through several busy intersections to a rotary
5. Pass 2 off-roads, and continue onto the third
6. You will still be on Fresh Pond Parkway
7. At the next rotary, take the first right onto Alewife Brook Parkway
8. After getting onto the parkway, take a right into the Fresh Pond        Shopping Center
9. You may park here and cross the street at the pedestrian crossing to 185 Alewife Brook Parkway.  Report to Reception.
 
Alternate Route:
1.  Take Massachusetts Ave or Putnam Ave to Harvard Square
2. Follow signs and leave Harvard Sq on Garden St
3. Follow Garden St bearing left at the fire station
4. Garden St ends and becomes Bay State Rd as it goes around a large park
5. Bay State Rd intersects with New St as just before it ends at Fresh Pond Pkwy
6. Take a sharp tight onto New St
7. Do not go onto Fresh Pond Pkwy
8. Follow New St to the back of the Fresh Pond Mall.
9. Pass the movie theatre and exit the Mall via the Route 2 East access road
 
From the "T":
1. Take the red line all the way to the end (Alewife), get off at Alewife
2. Look for Alewife Brook Pkwy, then look for a big yellow sign that says Jasper Whites (this is the direction you want to be walking) walk over the bridge on Alewife heading towards Boston
3. After crossing the bridge, look for a big brick and stone building on the right, #185, go in the front door and look for the first door on the left (Shire).  Report to Reception.
