We are the market leader in products for the treatment of Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in the United States.  We have other positions of strength in both the US and Europe with our treatments for Epilepsy, Alzheimer's, End-Stage Renal Disease, and Ulcerative Colitis; we have a growing European network; and we have an exciting pipeline of products in development for future commercialization.

We are organized around three Therapeutic Areas (TAs): Central Nervous System (CNS), Gastrointestinal (GI) and New Products/Renal (GP), which includes a variety of products, most notably, Fosrenol, our new therapy for end-stage renal disease.
