Recruitment Agencies - For your Information

Shire has established a Recruitment Supplier Program where we only work with Key Partners.  At this time, Shire is not taking any new solicitations from suppliers.  Regardless of past practice, Shire does not accept unsolicited resumes submitted directly to any employee via email or the internet, unless you are a Key Partner with a valid written and executed agreement in place for that position.  If there is no such agreement then Shire will not be liable to pay any fee in respect of the relevant resume or individual regardless of whether Shire hires the individual concerned.
